Hummmm ! It went down so fast…

Crumble Recipe

1 pineapple

3 apples

Some lemon juice

Flour : 150 grams

Sugar cane : 150 grams

Almond flour : 20 grams

Margarine butter : 60 grams

Plum kernel oil : 1 table spoon

Et voilà ! Now that you have all the ingredients, cut the fruits in cubes and put them in the bottom of your bakery plate and sprinkle them with some lemon juice.

Preheat your oven to 200°C

Put the rest of the ingredients (flour , sugar , almond powder) in a big salad bowl. Add butter and plum kernel oil and throughoutly mix with your fingers until the mixture becomes sandy. Spread evenly on the fruits and bake for 30 minutes in your oven.
